Junior QA/QC Tester0–2 years of experience in software testingBasic understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycleKnowledge of manual testing techniques and test case designFamiliarity with JIRA, TestLink, or similar toolsGood understanding of web and mobile testingStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailSenior QA/QC Tester3+ years of experience in manual and/or automation testingStrong understanding of test planning, execution, and reportingSkilled in test case design and requirements traceabilityExperience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)Experience with API testing and automation tools (Selenium, Postman, Robot Framework)Ability to mentor and guide junior testersNice to Have:ISTQB certification or equivalentExperience in performance or security testingFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systemsExperience working in Agile/Scrum teams
