  • Greet and engage customers as they enter the showroom, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles or products based on their preferences and requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to drive customer interest and satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
  • Handle customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to closing the sale and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within the assigned period.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring all displays are presentable and up to date.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement in products and services.

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within a retail or automotive environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic office software.Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a showroom environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
