Assistant English Teacher ( National Section )

  • Assist lead English teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various grade levels.
  • Support classroom management by maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide individualized attention to students who require additional support in English language skills.
  • Prepare teaching materials, resources, and visual aids as directed by the lead teacher.
  • Facilitate small group activities and language exercises to reinforce lesson objectives.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding academic and behavioral development.
  • Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and school events as needed.
  • Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, and exams under the supervision of the lead teacher.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and well-being.

1-3 years of experience in an educational or classroom setting, preferably as a teaching assistant or similar role.Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students and staff.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with children.Basic understanding of classroom management techniques.Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.Commitment to upholding school policies and promoting a safe learning environment.Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
