Commercial Sales Manager (Automotive)

  • Lead and manage the commercial automotive sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for passenger and commercial vehicles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fleet customers, and business partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Coordinate with marketing, after-sales, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and integrated service offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal closures to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards throughout the sales process.
  • Mentor, train, and motivate sales staff to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a commercial or fleet sales environment.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales professionals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and market analysis.Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to diverse customer segments.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Flexibility to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits as required.
