Job Overview:
The Technical Pre-Sales Manager is responsible for handling the relationship with all electricity consultants, locally and internationally, that the company deals with. He/she is also helping in solving all technical disputes with consultants, clients, and governmental authorities. At the same time, he/she must make sure that all the company’s products are technically accepted. Besides, he/she is helping with any technical aid requested by the client/owner. He/she is also helping in handling the relationship with the engineering institutions and the engineering community.

- Create a database for all essential information about all consultants.
- Prospecting, nurturing, and building the relationship with new consultants.
- Responsible for the technical approval of all the electrical products at the targeted parties.
- Responsible for the implementing and follow-up of the technical promotional campaign at all parties to ensure that the company’s products are approved.
- Helping the PR manager with the PR campaign to secure a healthy relationship with all parties.
- Responsible for helping in all technical inquiries/disputes with all parties.
- Prepare the campaign targets according to marketing objectives.
- Fully Contact all targets.
- Conduct physical/online meetings.
- Fully present the company, its products and services, achievements, history, etc. and answer any related questions.
- Resolve any informational and/or technical conflicts.
- Collect/update and deliver all contacts in a comprehensive list.
- Follow up on the networking activities = supervise a monthly follow up plan.
- Provide full assistance for all the company department's needs at the target side.
- Fully present all new/updated products/services and be prepared to present it.
- Prepare the monthly gifts/giveaways and transportation budget.
- Prepare/design/recommend all required material to achieve targets.
- Attend all assigned events and perform all the activities assigned duties according to the objectives.
- Monitor and follow up all communication channels for the targets.
- Fully use the lead nurturing CRM system software.
- Follow up on the lead conversion at all stages (initial contact, RFQs, POs, and SOs).
B.A. Electrical Engineering.MBA is an asset.Proven track record in a similar position and/or customer care/satisfaction position.Good command of English (spoken & written).A propensity for relationship building.Good computer skills.A good background of sales, marketing, and negotiation skills is an asset.He/she should have strong organizational and presentational skills.from 12 to 15 Years of experience in similar positions.Owns a high degree of flexibility, patience, and readiness for change.Good knowledge of engineering, contracting, and/or electrical markets segments, products, services, and competitors.
