Production Engineer

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
  • Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
  • Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the food industry. max age 30 years old. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Previous experience in Food Industry specifically (biscuits & cake)
