Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in motors, panels, control systems, and power distribution units.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems, sensors, relays, and control circuits.
• Conduct inspections and identify areas for performance improvement or potential failures.
• Ensure all systems operate according to safety and quality standards.

2. Technical Analysis & Documentation:

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Prepare technical reports and maintenance schedules for management.
• Use electrical measuring tools, control software, and diagnostic equipment effectively.

3. Preventive Maintenance Planning:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for critical systems.
• Monitor system performance to predict failures and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.

4. Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all electrical works are performed according to local regulations, HSE standards, and company policies.
• Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

5. Leadership & Coordination:

• Supervise and guide technicians and maintenance teams during electrical repair and service tasks.
• Support training and development for junior staff in maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, automation, and operations teams to achieve maintenance goals.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Excellent experience in the maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system analysis.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and use measurement tools and control software.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid light vehicle driving license.
• GCC (Gulf region) experience preferred.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA, and automation systems.
• Knowledge of HV/LV systems, motors, and control panels.
• Familiarity with energy management and maintenance software.
