- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to align production plans with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust production plans to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
- Analyze production data and workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on production status and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations throughout the production process.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and key performance indicators.
- Forecast demand and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in customer requirements or market trends.
- Collaborate with management to develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance production planning efficiency.
  Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and workflow optimization.Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage tight deadlines.
