1-3 years of proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar administrative role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations calmly.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks.
