Job Purpose
To ensure the execution of real estate projects in accordance with approved standards and technical specifications, monitor the quality of materials and work, and implement quality and occupational safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a quality plan for each real estate project in coordination with relevant departments.
- Monitor on-site work execution and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Conduct necessary inspections and tests on materials used in projects.
- Prepare periodic technical reports on the quality status of projects and submit them to senior management.
- Identify non-conformities, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Train work teams on quality standards and promote a culture of quality within the company.
- Reviewing Structural and Architectural Drawings
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety procedures and environmental standards at project sites.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within the construction or real estate investment sector.Good knowledge of local and international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).Proficiency in engineering software and quality management tools.Required SkillsStrong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.Effective communication skills and teamwork.Ability to prepare accurate technical reports.Time and task management efficiency.
