- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to develop innovative interior design concepts and solutions.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications for interior spaces using CAD and other design software.
- Oversee the technical aspects of interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and furnishings to ensure quality and compatibility with design objectives.
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and documentation to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related engineering field.2-4 years of professional experience in interior design engineering or a similar role.Proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, lumen and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with on-site project supervision and coordination.
