- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve UCMENA objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing team to create promotions and trade offers that align with sales goals.
- Set KPIs related to business strategies for each sales team and implement tracking systems to measure performance.
- Review and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and support the operation of retail and wholesale strategies to optimize sales and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with distributors and wholesalers to plan and execute trading systems.
- Cooperate with marketing, planning, and production departments to make decisions on supply and demand adjustments.
- Communicate instructions regarding the allocation of out-of-stock items to team managers and supervisors.
- Create weekly meeting materials for all sales teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
- Plan and conduct customer study sessions and new product study sessions to enhance sales team knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create planograms and develop point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Evaluate sales activity to provide guidance and training to implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Review promotion criteria for each member of the sales team to ensure fair and effective implementation.
- Develop sales policies and procedures, following up with the sales team to enhance their performance.
- Set a training plan for new sales team members to ensure successful onboarding and integration.
- Prepare and submit required reports to national sales manager, providing insights into sales performance and progress.
- Follow up with sales team to ensure the implementation of national sales manager instructions and action plan.
- Update manpower plan and follow up with HR team on the allocation of plan.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.5 – 8 years of experience in sales planning, preferably in the FMCG sector.Strong understanding of FMCG sales channels (MT, TT, e-commerce, wholesale).Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, or equivalent).Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English.
