• Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
• Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Monitor systems for security threats and respond to incidents.
• Plan and execute IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations.
• Manage IT vendors, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.

Education & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP, AWS/Azure certifications) preferred.Experience:Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity roles.Proven track record managing servers, networks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity operations.Experience in IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or equivalent), servers, storage, and virtualization.Hands-on experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.Familiarity with disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and IT project management.Soft Skills & Competencies:Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinking and proactive approach to technology and security challenges.Additional Requirements:Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and cybersecurity threats.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining IT security standards.Flexibility to work outside regular hours during critical incidents or system maintenance.
