-Develop and manage relationships with third-party manufacturers to ensure business objectives are met.
-Evaluate and select co-manufacturers based on capability, capacity, quality, cost, and reliability.
-Negotiate commercial terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics.
-Align production schedules between the company and co-manufacturers to meet demand forecasts.
-Ensure timely availability of materials, packaging, and artwork for co-manufacturing runs.
-Monitor daily or weekly production performance, yields, and output efficiency.
-Ensure co-manufacturers meet company quality standards, GMP, HACCP, and relevant regulatory requirements.
-Approve first production runs and ensure product integrity across batches.
_Bachelor's degree in related filed ( manufacturing, engineering science). -From 7 to10 years of experience working cross functionally on key projects in a supply chain, manufacturing, logistics or business environment. -Excellent command of English language. -MS Office applications.
