Record daily journal entries, expenses, and revenues in accordance with company accounting policies.
Prepare and review supplier and customer invoices and follow up on collections and payments.
Review pharmacy and medical representatives’ accounts and reconcile petty cash and advances.
Monitor inventory balances in coordination with the warehouse department to ensure consistency between financial records and actual stock.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports such as trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet.
Handle all tax matters (VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax).
Coordinate with external auditors during periodic audits.
Participate in improving accounting systems and documentation processes.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to professional ethics.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting major).2–4 years of experience as a General Accountant, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical supplies companies.Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems, Excel, QuickBooks, etc.).Good knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and accounting standards.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
