Responsibilities:
- Full supervision of the branch's daily operations and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor product quality and customer service levels.
- Manage and motivate the work team to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor inventory and receiving and delivery operations.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards within the branch.
Work Location: Cairo and Giza
Requirements and Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience managing restaurant or confectionery branches.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to handle work pressure and time management.Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale (POS) software.Preferably with previous experience in the confectionery or bakery industry.
