We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy CRM & Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain integrated CRM and workflow systems across multiple companies. The role involves setting up and automating lead management, sales pipelines, task reminders, reporting dashboards, and communication integrations (email, WhatsApp, and calendar) using platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and n8n or others.
Develop from scratch and manage CRM pipelines for multiple business units.Automate workflows for lead assignment, follow-ups, reminders, and data updates.Integrate CRMs with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business API, and other communication tools.Build and maintain dashboards for sales, performance, and operations tracking.Ensure calendar syncs and automated task creation for agents, marketers, and managers.Maintain clean databases with accurate records and reporting structures.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and nurturing flows.Troubleshoot and continuously improve automation logic.Train team members on system usage and best practices.
