5+ years of experience developing backend applications in Python.Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns.Proficiency with at least one major Python framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or Frappe).Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.Understanding of asynchronous programming, Celery, or Redis is a plus.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
