- We are expanding our product design and delivery capabilities and looking for a creative, detail-oriented UX Designer with strong communication and collaboration skills to help craft intuitive and impactful user experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to user experience design across multiple products, platforms, and client projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create personas, user journeys, information architecture, and wireframes to guide the design process.
- Develop interactive prototypes and collaborate with UI designers to ensure alignment with the final visual design.
- Present and communicate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the creation of design systems and UX documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Continuously stay updated with emerging UX trends, tools, and design practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.3–5 years of professional UX design experience (preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital product environments).Proven experience in designing web and mobile interfaces from concept to implementation.Strong understanding of UX research, prototyping, and usability testing methodologies.Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively with clients, developers, and internal teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in multidisciplinary teams.
