OSOSS is a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform provider based in Kuwait, with a branch office in the UAE and Egypt. Our comprehensive suite of business solutions includes accounting, inventory management, sales, purchasing, point of sales, website, mobile e-commerce, a call center with voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems, marketplace apps with online payment gateways, shipping, delivery methods, and an order management system that unifies all sales channels in a single window.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual, located in Egypt, to join our team as a Sales Specialist (Seniors, Mid-levels). The primary responsibilities of this role include researching, organizing, and developing new leads for potential businesses through various channels, such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events. The successful candidate will be adept at converting cold leads into sales, attending sales brief meetings, and following up on leads with face-to-face presentations and meetings.
Responsibilities
1. Researching, organizing, and developing new leads for potential business by cold calling or knocking on door visits.
2. Convert cold-calling leads into sales.
3. Attending Sales brief meetings and follow-up briefs.
4. Approach/ Hunt new merchants.
5. Develop, build, and manage a client base.
6. Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face-to-face presentations and meetings with clients.
7. Facilitate the preparation and distribution of contracts to customers, overseeing the delivery process to ensure timely completion.
8. Prospect for new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email, and networking events.
9. Providing regular (weekly & monthly or as required) detailed activity reports.
10. Providing feedback and new ideas generated through the sales process
11. Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
12. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures across all sales activities, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
Egypt Office (Onsite) – Sheraton Al Matar, El Nozha, Cairo.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in SaaS /e-commerce or cloud POS industries.• Institute, preferably with an IT certificate.• Background in ERP, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, and accounting systems.• Must have reliable transportation in Egypt.• Confident and outgoing personality.• Excellent communication skills and bilingual (Arabic and English).• Analytical thinking.• Advanced knowledge of Excel usage.
