- This role will be pivotal in building and managing talent pipelines for both internal needs and external client projects. The HR Specialist will work closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Managers, and Delivery Leads to understand project resource requirements and ensure timely staffing. Additionally, they will coordinate with external recruitment vendors and manage the full sourcing cycle—from identifying talent to on-boarding.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process for both internal roles and external client project staffing.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for technical and operational roles (developers, designers, PMs, DevOps, etc.).
- Source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and specialized sourcing platforms.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Maintain an updated talent database aligned with project needs and future opportunities
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Identify and onboard external recruitment vendors and staffing partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with sourcing vendors and track performance metrics.
- Coordinate with third-party partners for outsourced placements, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Internal Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to forecast hiring requirements based on upcoming projects and proposals.
- Work with Project Managers and Delivery Leads to ensure timely staffing for ongoing and new client projects.
- Support internal teams with on-boarding, contracting, and HR documentation for new hires and outsourced staff.
- Assist the leadership in maintaining headcount reports, resource utilization, and capacity planning insights.
- Contribute to HR process development, including role descriptions, recruitment policies, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, sourcing channel performance, pipeline status).
- Recommend process improvements for more efficient sourcing and onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing best practices in the tech and outsourcing space.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent sourcing — preferably in IT or software companies.Proven experience sourcing and hiring for technical roles (developers, engineers, PMs, designers).Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and sourcing automation platforms.Experience managing recruitment vendors or outsourcing partners is a strong plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
