- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Conduct candidate assessments and share recommendations with hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5–7 years of experience in recruitmentStrong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment metrics.Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.Previous experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
