- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients locally, regionally, and internationally.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead the end-to-end pitch process, including brief analysis, proposal development, presentation, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, media, PR) to develop tailored, integrated solutions for clients.
- Discover and manage strategic partnerships with PR agencies, production houses, event organizers, and media platforms.
- Manage award submissions, industry rankings, and participation in conferences or networking events to enhance visibility.
- Support local and global client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Oversee external communications and maintain a consistent, positive brand image across digital platforms.
- Represent the agency at industry events, panels, and networking activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities.
- Manage the business development pipeline (CRM), track performance metrics, and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on market potential and competitive positioning.
