Mechanical Engineer

  • Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical systems for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within overall project plans.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical components and systems.
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate materials, equipment, and technologies to optimize system performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure all mechanical engineering activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during construction or operation phases.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of mechanical components.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation for all mechanical engineering activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems design and implementation.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering design software.Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Experience with site supervision and contractor coordination.
