Corporate Sales Specialist

  • Identify and target new corporate clients within the ceramics and sanitary ware sector to expand the company’s B2B portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored product solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with corporate clients to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to corporate decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and brand.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
