Job Description:
· Assist the sales team in improving productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support materials.
· Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answer customer queries, inform them of delays, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing events.
· Manage orders via phone, email, or mail, verifying that orders have correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
· Input orders, ensure they are processed according to customer requirements, and guarantee accurate and timely delivery.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
· Develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree.
· Strong team development and leadership skills.
· Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
· Excellent or very good English proficiency.
· Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication, and customer service abilities.
· Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
· Age: Not more than 30 years.
Must reside in Cairo.
