- Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings, audits, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry or Hotels Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Very good English level.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
