MediTec, a leading provider of Customer Journey Experience and Integrated Solutions for banks and large enterprises, is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in high-ticket sales to major organizations, helping banks and large entities enhance their customer experience through our advanced customer journey systems and digital transformation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with enterprise clients (banks, government entities, corporates) to understand their business needs and propose relevant customer journey solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, solution designs, and RFP responses.
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and system architectures.
- Support solution deployment planning and ensure technical feasibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and technology partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications Engineering.Strong communication and presentation skills — able to clearly explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.Understanding of IT systems, networking, and integration concepts.Previous experience in pre-sales, solution design, or technical sales is a strong advantage.Experience in banking technology or enterprise systems is preferred.
