Facilities Coordinator

  • Coordinate daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of all facilities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors regarding facility-related issues.
  • Monitor and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment.
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee inventory management for facility supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Facilitate communication between management, contractors, and service providers to resolve facility issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
  • Assist in budget tracking and cost control for facility-related expenditures.
  • Participate in facility inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in facilities coordination or a similar role.Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficient in using facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience in vendor management and contract administration.Willingness to work onsite and respond to facility emergencies as required.
