- Supervise and oversee daily site operations to ensure project milestones are met according to schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and communication on-site.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates for management review.
- Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and unforeseen challenges that arise during construction activities.
- Ensure that all work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Participate in site meetings, providing technical input and status updates to stakeholders.
- Support the handover process by ensuring all punch-list items are addressed and final inspections are completed.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction or real estate development sector.Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with diverse teams.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to a dynamic project environment.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
