Zuwad Academy (an online platform for Quran and Arabic learning) is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead the admissions/sales function and deliver measurable growth. You will own strategy, team leadership, CRM excellence, and the end-to-end customer journey from first contact to enrollment.
Responsibilities
Set the quarterly sales plan and team targets/quotas aligned with revenue goals.
Lead the sales team: lead distribution, daily performance follow-ups, 1:1s, coaching, and motivation.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with clear stage definitions, conversion rates, and bottleneck analysis.
Produce weekly forecasts and keep CRM dashboards accurate and up to date.
Develop playbooks and communication templates (WhatsApp/phone/email) with follow-up and closing standards.
Train the team on objection handling, negotiation, and professional closing.
Coordinate with Marketing to improve lead quality, and with Customer Support to ensure smooth post-payment onboarding.
Run data analyses to launch improvements (A/B tests), seasonal pricing/offers, and reduce churn.
Participate in hiring & onboarding of new team members when needed.
Deliver executive reports weekly and monthly (Conversion, Revenue, CAC, LTV, Show-up).

5+ years total in sales, including 2+ years in team leadership/people management.Hands-on experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Admissions (EdTech or online services is a plus).Excellent Arabic (Modern Standard) for written and spoken presentations; good English for tools/reports.Advanced CRM use (HubSpot/Zoho or similar), including dashboards and reporting.Strong analytical & forecasting ability; data-driven decision making.Proven leadership, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of hitting quota.Highly organized, fast documentation, detail-oriented; strict adherence to deadlines and SLAs.
