Job Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and other networking devices.
Administer and support IP Telephony systems (e.g., Grandstream, FreePBX, or similar), ensuring stable and high-quality internal communication.
Manage and maintain backup solutions using tools such as Veeam and QNAP, and implement Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
Administer and maintain Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint.
Manage and support the Odoo ERP system, including server configuration and regular backup procedures.
Manage and maintain virtualization environments (VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V).
Administer primary and secondary Internet connections, and configure VPN services, including Site-to-Site VPN to securely connect branches and remote sites.
Monitor and manage printing and copying systems, including server-based print management and user quotas.
Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices during infrastructure projects and conduct regular network security assessments.
Manage and update antivirus systems across all endpoints and servers.
Administer and monitor RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) systems, respond to alerts, and maintain agent scripts and dashboards.
Prepare and configure laptops and desktops for new employees, ensuring proper installation of required systems and software.
Ensure proper cabling, installation, and stability of all IT systems and network infrastructure.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the company’s IT infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration.Strong knowledge of:Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Odoo ERPBackup solutions (Veeam, QNAP)VPN technologies (Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN)IP Telephony systems (Grandstream, FreePBX, or similar)Information security, data protection, and disaster recoveryExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team-oriented environment.Preferred certifications: CCNA, MCSA, VMware Certified, or equivalent.
