we are looking for an exceptional professional to join our team at the Al Obour City Main Branch. The Co-Manufacturing Manager will report directly to the General Export Manager.
The Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to manage and oversee all Co-Manufacturing activities. You will provide direct supervision to our Operations and Quality teams to ensure adherence to approved standards, meet time-bound production plans, and guarantee the highest quality of the final product while maintaining efficient and effective manufacturing processes. You will be directly managing a team of 6 subordinates.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Developing a unified and certified operating system and strategy for Co-Manufacturing.
Leading and managing the operations teams to standardize performance and achieve company objectives.
Setting continuous improvement plans for co-manufacturing processes to align with changing customer requirements.
Reviewing and approving comprehensive operational and quality reports for senior management decision-making and problem resolution.
Representing the company before contracted factories and relevant governmental/regulatory bodies regarding operations and quality issues.
Participating in and supervising the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety requirements at production sites.
Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality or Production), preferably from the Food Industries.Certifications: Professional certifications in Quality and Food Safety (ISO, HACCP, GMP) are required.Experience:10 to 15 years of experience in the Export Sales field, preferably within Food or Juices industries.A minimum of 5 proven years in a leadership role managing Quality and Operations, with experience covering diverse products such as NFC, Fresh, Frozen, and Canned goods.
