- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives by coordinating cross-functional projects and tracking deliverables.
- Attend key meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, board sessions, and leadership off-sites.
- Screen and manage incoming communications to the CEO, including emails, calls, and requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle matters with discretion.
- Support executive office budgeting, procurement, and expense reporting.
- Drive operational efficiency within the CEO’s office and suggest process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or in a similar role.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and external partners.
