Technical and Practical Experience
Practical Experience:
- At least 3 years in the field of interior design, with experience in designing all types of furniture.
- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to translate conceptual designs into technical drawings.
- Develop detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and MEP coordination drawings.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for structural, electrical, and mechanical compatibility.
Experience in preparing shop drawings, including shop drawings and manufacturing.Interior Coordination: Ability to coordinate colors, lighting, furniture distribution, and material selection.Space Analysis: Ability to accurately study spaces to maximize their use.Technical and Software SkillsDesign Software: Practical experience with software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and 3D Max.Design Preparation: Ability to prepare 3D plans and drawings to illustrate the final vision.Executive Plans: Ability to deliver accurate execution plans that the implementation team can rely on.
