- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations related to the company’s marketing, advertising, and production activities.
- Engage as the financial partner to the Account Managers.
- Preparation and submission of invoices for assigned project.
- Responsible for pricing the client’s requests and sending the price quotations to the clients.
- Assisting the Account Manager to establish the appropriate work breakdown structure to support client invoicing.
- Responsible for Costing and Purchasing tasks.
- Responsible for the campaign’s budgeting.
- Generating invoices based on instructions received from Account Managers and ensuring invoices are accurate.
- Follow up on the client’s payments collection.
- Follow up with internal teams regarding operations tasks.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders and invoices
- Issues and reviews client invoices to ensure they are in accordance with the contract terms.
- Collect, review and submit monthly Client’s Invoices.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting operations, preferably within marketing, advertising, or production industries.Very good at EnglishVery good in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
