- Supervise and manage all landscape construction and maintenance works on-site, including softscape and hardscape components.
- Review and implement landscape drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with approved designs.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and MEP teams to align landscape activities with overall project timelines.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support procurement in sourcing and inspecting landscape materials, plants, and irrigation systems.
- Supervise and guide subcontractors, foremen, and site labor to ensure productivity and quality control.
- Provide technical support for design adjustments and site problem-solving.
- Ensure that irrigation systems are properly installed, tested, and maintained.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering.Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in landscape construction, supervision, or maintenance, preferably in large-scale residential compounds, hotels, or mixed-use developments.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of landscape materials, plants, and irrigation systems.Familiarity with local environmental and horticultural standards.Proficiency in MS Office, and landscape design tools.Ability to read and interpret design drawings and BOQs.Soft Skills:Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.Language: V. Good command of English (spoken and written).
