- Enter and review customs data accurately on Nafeza.
- Prepare and submit required customs documents per regulations.
- Monitor and follow up on submissions and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance).
- Resolve issues related to clearance or documentation.
- Maintain organized archives of customs files.
- Prepare periodic reports and stay updated on regulation changes.
 
  Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customs clearance, with proven use of the Nafeza platform. Skills:knowledge of customs procedures and documentation.High attention to detail and document accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).Strong communication and follow-up skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
