Responsibilities
Teach Quran recitation with correct Tajweed and accurately correct mistakes.
Prepare individualized Hifz/Revision plans with weekly and monthly targets.
Conduct student placement assessments and update learning plans based on progress.
Plan concise, well-structured lessons using age-appropriate interactive methods (stories, questions, activities).
Record attendance and achievements; submit weekly progress notes and a monthly summary.
Communicate professionally with parents through Academy channels to share feedback and next steps.
Adhere to the code of conduct, child-safeguarding, and privacy policies.
Attend periodic meetings and professional development, and contribute to curriculum improvement.
Use Academy tools (Zoom/Meet, Google Sheets/Docs, LMS if available) and follow scheduling protocols.
Requirements1- Higher Education: You must have a higher education qualification, preferably related to Quranic studies.2- Age: You must be at least 22 years old.3- Working Hours: Daily from 3 PM to 8 PM, except Fridays.4- Laptop: A laptop is required for online teaching purposes.5- Communication Skills: You must have strong communication skills suitable for children.6- Teamwork: You must be willing to work within a motivated and supportive team.7- Online Teaching Experience: At least some general online teaching experience is preferred.8- Full-Time Availability: You must be available during the specified working hours.9- Experience Working with Children: You must have experience working with children using modern teaching methods.10- Using Zoom: You must be proficient in using Zoom.
