- Job Responsibilities
- Follow up the entire order process including sampling, quotation, production schedule, shipment, and payment.
- Prepare and interpret technical sheets according to customer requirements and coordinate production details with factories.
- Track the purchase and delivery of fabrics and accessories to ensure timely production.
- Maintain daily communication with customers and provide timely feedback on production progress and issues.
- Coordinate sampling, washing, and testing processes to ensure products meet customer standards.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, and material lists before shipment.
- Assist in resolving post-delivery issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Report to supervisors and assist in optimizing merchandising procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Job RequirementsExcellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.Familiar with the garment production process, including fabrics, accessories, technical sheets, and production lead time.Capable of garment price quotation and cost analysis.Strong communication and coordination skills, able to liaise effectively with clients and factories.Detail-oriented and responsible, able to maintain high-quality output under multitasking conditions.Proficient in using office software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.Previous experience in garment merchandising or factory/trading company is preferred.
