Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or Talent Management.Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Experience sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
