HR Manager

???? Job Purpose:
To lead and manage all Human Capital functions including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development — ensuring full alignment with the company’s business strategy and culture.

 

???? Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Human Capital strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-caliber talent.
  • Design, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Lead performance management and employee development programs.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and reward systems to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Supervise training and talent development initiatives that support organizational growth.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Generate HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA or HR Diploma is a plus).Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Proven experience in HR strategy, policies, and performance management systems.Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is a strong plus.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. ????
