- Review tender documents and extract relevant client requirements through documentation and internal briefings.
- Support the design team in preparing space plans, mood boards, and tender-related visual documentation.
- Develop design layouts and ID drawing packages in coordination with the commercial and Dubai design teams.
- Produce accurate CAD drawings and assist in the preparation of construction documentation.
- Liaise with the team online to finalize concepts and support design revisions as required.
- Suggest design alternatives and contribute to value engineering proposals.
- Maintain and update ID drawing registers and project documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure design intent is upheld during execution.
- Participate in design schedules and assist with progress reporting when required.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.3–5 years of relevant experience in CAD drafting, ideally in the fit-out or interior design industry.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, 3D modeling, and rendering tools is an advantage.Good understanding of construction details, BOQs, and materials.Ability to produce clear and accurate technical drawings.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Strong attention to detail, time management, and collaboration skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Experience working with or reporting to remote teams is preferred.
