- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze project progress and prepare regular status reports, highlighting potential risks and recommending corrective actions.
- Utilize project management software to track milestones, resource allocation, and critical path activities.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues to minimize project delays.
- Support tendering and contract processes by providing accurate timeframes and planning documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in project meetings and provide expert input on planning and scheduling matters.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Graduates of Egyptian public universities only). Graduation years: 2018 to 2024. Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Strong understanding of project life cycle and scheduling techniques. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
