- Lead the full project lifecycle — from initiation and planning to delivery and closure.
- Coordinate between development, QA, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track project progress and manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and blockers effectively to management and clients.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing processes and suggesting enhancements.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients or partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a software or IT environment.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies.Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Technical background or familiarity with software development processes is a plus.PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification is a plus.
