Job Description
A leading industrial and electrical manufacturing group located in 10th of Ramadan City is seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all Human Resources functions at the company’s main production facility.
The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role requires a hands-on HR professional with a strong background in manufacturing environments, capable of managing both white-collar and blue-collar teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee all HR operations including personnel, payroll, social insurance, and labor office matters.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal company policies.
- Design and manage performance management systems and employee evaluation cycles.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Support organizational development and training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management decision-making.
- Promote a healthy and engaging work culture within the factory environment.
