- Accurate P&L closing and Flash reporting through engaging with Business functions and Finance operationsand making sure all business numbers are properly reflected on P&L.
- Leading Monthly Rolling Forecast process for the Full PL through partnering with Commercial and Business Functions. - Preparation of Monthly Analysis Reports comparing Actuals vs Forecast and Budget. - Preparing with Finance Head the management Financial Presentations. - Monitoring Budget consumptions for internal Memos and POs approvals. - Leading CAPEX Planning and monitoring processes. |
Qualifications:- 8-10 years of experience, mostly in FP&A managing full P&L (Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A Manager)- Solid Accounting Background and experience in dealing with Finance Accounting operations.- Strong Communication and Business Partnering skills.- Strong Business acumen and presentation skills.- Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills.- Experience In building and dealing with Financial ModelsDesirable:- Experience on BPO or Service Sector.- Experience in ERP (Oracle).- Professional Certificates (CMA, DipIFR, or Similar).
