Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a highly adaptable and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for managing and executing multiple client projects within the Finishing and Real Estate industries. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of adapting to different client needs and industry sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise sales activities and teams across multiple client accounts and channels.
  • Design and implement sales strategies tailored to individual projects.
  • Ensure timely project execution through effective resource and schedule management.
  • Act as a key contact point between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor performance to recommend optimizations.
  • Recruit, train, and lead project-specific sales teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports to management and clients.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in the Finishing, Construction, Contracting, or Real Estate industries is highly preferred.Strong leadership and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Proactive, adaptable, and performance-driven.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
