  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advertising sector to drive company growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their advertising needs and objectives.
  • Create tailored advertising proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding client needs, market trends, and potential areas for service improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the advertising or marketing industry.Strong understanding of advertising products, services, and industry best practices.Strong English communications skills.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Willingness to work from the office and attend client meetings or industry events as required.
