We’re seeking a results-driven professional with 2+ years of experience in running online ad campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (priority).
Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
Focused on managing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage high-performing paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Constantly track and improve campaigns to ensure we're getting the best possible results.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Set up tracking to accurately measure how our ads are performing.
- Analyze the data (clicks, costs, conversions) and find opportunities to improve.
- Create easy-to-understand reports on campaign results for our team.
- Work with our creative team to brainstorm and develop ads that grab attention and generate leads.
Bachelor’s degreeExperience: Minimum of 3 of hands-on experience in digital media buying and performance marketing.Portfolio: Please share examples of successful campaigns or media plans you've worked on.Platform Skills: Expert knowledge of major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).Mindset: You are both creative, analytical, and into using data to make smart decisions.
